Residential Skill Training for Youth
Our residential skill training programs are designed for young people who are at a critical transition point in their lives—those preparing to migrate for work or who have recently migrated and are engaged in low-paying, insecure, or hazardous jobs. Many of these youth have discontinued formal education and are seeking practical pathways to sustainable livelihoods and economic independence.
The programs combine classroom-based learning, hands-on practical training, workplace exposure through internships, and life-skills development to equip participants with both technical competencies and the confidence needed to succeed in the workforce or as entrepreneurs. Depending on the trade, the duration of the training ranges from 30 to 45 days. The residential format provides an immersive learning environment that fosters discipline, peer learning, and personal growth.
