We have a range of programmes that aim to build sustainable enterprises among rural youth including women. The aim of these programmes is to bring market returns closer to our trainees who may otherwise get caught with intermediaries and agents therefore compromising their wages.

EDP sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive guide to starting and managing a business. Led by experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts, the sessions cover key topics such as setting goals through visioning exercises, financial literacy (including budgeting, accounting, and funding), legal and regulatory compliance, business diversification, and record-keeping. Participants learn how to manage their finances, maintain accurate records, create profit and loss statements, and monitor inventory to ensure healthy cash flow and business growth. The program emphasizes practical insights and real-world examples to support participants in building sustainable micro enterprises.

The EDP Handbook is a comprehensive guide that serves as a valuable resource for participants throughout their entrepreneurial journey. The handbook also includes templates for business plans, financial statements, marketing strategies, and more, enabling participants to apply their learning directly to their ventures.

We also conduct follow-up workshops to keep them updated on market trends and best practices. Additionally, the program helps participants establish a strong brand identity by providing professionally designed visiting cards and billboards, enabling them to attract customers and build credibility in their local markets.
